With a background rooted in Supply Chain, Carmel specialises in Demand and Supply Planning, particularly within the food industry. Her inquisitive nature enables her to implement demand-driven replenishment models, ensuring seamless integrated business planning. She believes success comes from a well-defined Sales and Operations Planning process, enhanced by efficient system solutions and active collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Outside of work, Carmel loves spending quality time with her family, whether it’s creating arts and crafts with her daughter, catching up with friends at a café, or enjoying dinner and conversation with her husband.
